Camping Le Clarys Plage is a firm favourite with families of all ages, many of whom return year on year. This is because of the fantastic location and the large range of activities and facilities on-site and nearby.

There’s plenty to see and do near to this wonderful campsite. Furthermore, you’ll find that the area has lots of different cycle tracks to explore. The cycle tracks are good for getting around the local area.

Saint Jean de Monts is just a short distance away and the cycle tracks mean you can get there without driving. Within walking distance, there are several shops and restaurants. The nearest supermarket is at the rear of the campsite and a coded gate gives direct access to the store’s car park.

One of the great things about the campsite is its proximity to the nearby beach. Les Mouettes Plage is the closest beach which is just a few hundred meters walk away. The beach is popular because it is long, covered in glorious sand and lifeguarded during high season. However, if you are unhappy or unable to walk to the beach, there is a free car park at the entrance. In addition to Les Mouettes beach, there are many more nearby.

There are many reasons that families visit the campsite. The main is because of the fantastic swimming pool complex that lies at its heart.

There is a dedicated pool for younger children with a selection of slides, a family pool, a splash water jet area with a giant red dragon, a lazy river and an indoor pool. In addition to the pools, there are also lots of slides including a fantastic boa slide.

In addition to the brilliant activities, there are lots of places to visit nearby. Places to visit near to the campsite include Ile d’Yeu, Chateau d’Apremont, Saint-Jean-de-Monts and finally the Feeling Forest.
