This is a fantastic, small, family-friendly campsite that is hidden within 6 hectares of wooded parkland belonging to a 19th Century Chateau.
Although smaller than others in the area it’s perfectly located and offers a great range of activities and facilities.
The campsite is highly popular with two type of travellers. Firstly with those wanting to explore the sights of northern Brittany. Secondly with people looking for a stop over campsite closet the port of St Malo.
The cross channel port is under 6km away and takes just 13 minutes to drive to. Although the campsite is just off the main route south of St Malo, you’d never know it was there. The estuary is within a stone’s throw from the campsite and is great for water-based activities.
Although there are some very nice beaches along the estuary, the main beaches are 6 km to the north at St Malo. There are some stunning sandy beaches that stretch out for miles and miles. Furthermore, they are perfect for a family day out at the seaside and the main beach overlooks Fort National.
The on-site swimming pool complex is fantastic fora small campsite. It includes an indoor heated leisure pool, an outdoor heated aquatic park and slides. The area surrounding the swimming pool is very nicely landscaped and is great for relaxing in the sun.
