This beautiful campsite lies along the banks of the river l’Aisne near to the French capital city, Paris.
The campsite stands within 100 acres of well kept grounds. It is also very popular with families of all ages with many returning year after year. The rural location is perfect for those wanting to relax. However, it’s also close enough to Paris for you to see all the city has to offer.
Although it’s a great holiday destination, many families use this site as a stopover. It’s perfect for a break before going further south or for visiting Paris and Disneyland Paris.
The great thing about La Croix du Vieux Pont is that it has a range of activities and facilities that are second to none. This in addition to the superb location means you will have a fantastic holiday when you chose to remain on site.
There are three lakes in total on site. Two lakes for fishing and water sports and one that comes complete with a beach for swimming. The beach helps to make the campsite stand head and shoulders above some others in the area.
La Croix du Vieux Pont Swimming Pool
The swimming pool complex at La Croix du Vieux Pont is much better than many other campsites in the area.
It offers a range of modern facilities including a jacuzzi, fantastic family swimming pool with a retractable roof, heated outdoor pool with lazy river and waterfalls and a children’s pool with retractable roof.
Add to all of that a children’s spray area with lots of jets and water games and some great waterslides and you’ll find yourself with a lovely family friend water park that kids of all ages will love.
Finally a sun terrace and some sun loungers will provide you with a fantastic area where you can sit back and relax.
La Croix du Vieux Pont Swimming Rules
As with many French campsites only conventional swimwear is permitted at La Croix du Vieux Pont.
This includes speedos, and lycra-style fitted swimming briefs, bikinis, or one piece swimming costumes and lycra swimming tops.
Long board shorts, Bermuda shorts, sport shorts and t-shirts are not allowed.

La Croix du Vieux Pont campsite offers a range of activities and facilities on site and also nearby to ensure you have a great family holiday.
