Eurocamp
Eurocamp has put together their “Peace of Mind Promise” and you can see each of the main points below.
- Refund Guarantee: If customers can’t travel due to FCDO advice against travel at the point they’re due to travel, then they’ll be able to choose between picking another holiday, a refund credit note, or a full cash refund
- Date Changes: Customers can change their dates and destination up to 7 days before they’re due to depart completely free of charge
- Local Lockdown: In the case of a local lockdown, customers can change their dates & destination right up to the day of departure free of charge
- More time to Pay: They’ve reduced the full payment deadline so customers only have to pay a low £99 deposit until 6 weeks before they depart
- Protection: All holidays remain ABTA & ATOL bonded
Alfresco Holidays
Alfresco Holidays are now joined with Eurocamp and so all the benefits you get with Eurocamp you also get with Alfresco Holidays. They also feature the same Peace of Mind Promise with the features listed below.

- Payment Extension: Balance payment extension from 12 weeks to 6 weeks
- Free Amendments: Totally free amendments if you need to change your booking
- Revised Cancellation Terms: Low cancellation fee up to 42 days prior to travel
- Refund Guarantee: If Canvas Holidays are unable to deliver your booked holiday or you are unable to travel due to FCDO advice against travel
- Local Lockdown Flexibility: If you are unable to travel due to government restrictions where you live
Siblu Holidays
Siblu Holidays are offering you more flexibility than ever before in 2021. They have a great offer for bookings up until the 15th March but will no doubt extend this as time goes by.
- Flexibility: Benefit from free modification of holiday dates or destinations up to 15 days before arrival
